Our office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).

Our telephone answering system is devised to route calls and messages to the staff and to our doctors. After office hours and on weekends/holidays, the answering system electronically relays messages for the staff to respond to on normal business hours or to the doctor(s) on call for urgent matters.

For appointments, to speak to your doctor, request prescriptions or for general office questions, please call: (212) 570-6800 and listen to the complete message. You may also reach a receptionist during routine office hours (M-F 9am-5pm) by pressing zero (0) at the beginning of the recorded message.

To help accommodate patients with urgent issues and prepare for a more efficient workflow, we kindly ask those who need to cancel to call us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of their appointment.  Late cancellations (<24 hours) and missed appointments (no-shows) will be assessed a $50.00 fee

Additionally a $200.00 fee will be assessed to all surgical procedures cancelled with less than 3 business day notice before the date of surgery.

Surgery Booking and Imaging Pre-Authorization:

If your doctor has recommended a surgical procedure and/or Imaging services (MRI, CT Scans, Bone Scan) you can call our Booking staff directly to make arrangements:

For imaging Pre-Authorization, please call once you have decided at which radiology facility you will have your study done.  If you have scheduled this service, please be sure to allow at least 72 hours for our staff to obtain the required authorization numbers.

Please include all pertinent information about your type of imaging service, date scheduled, facility you will visit, phone and fax numbers for the facility, as well your own contact information.

As we try to streamline our workflow to provide more efficient service, we ask that you please call each department on their direct line for that department’s intended purpose.  Inter-office call transfers are possible, but will add to your wait time as well as to the hold time of other patients who may have an issue related to the department you are calling.
