Note that our office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Our telephone answering system is devised to route calls and messages to the staff and to our doctors. After office hours and on weekends/holidays, the answering system electronically relays messages for the staff to respond to on normal business hours or to the doctor(s) on call if it is an urgent matter.
